Fresh paint, beautifully furnished, master bedroom/bath just updated with Blue Diamond granite, brushed nickel faucetry, and picture windows. Fabulous location close to convenience store and to Trout Creek Recreation Center, where privileges are available for pools, hot tubs, golf course, and other TD amenities.

    Spacious great room with wood cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light. Awesome woodstove with firewood stacked in the garage. Separate laundry area. 2 car garage and huge flat driveway. Big TV with VCR/DVD/MP3/Cable. WiFi internet access. Master BR has large tub with picture window. 3 BR (one king, one queen, and two twins that can be put together to make a king), plus two sleeper sofas. Big deck perfect for BBQs - and we've got a wonderful propane-powered grill for you to use. Fully equipped kitchen with cappuccino maker for the mornings!

    Beautiful retreat on a very private lot with lots of trees. Nearby attractions include Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake, historic downtown Truckee, casinos, Reno, bike paths, hiking trails, downhill and cross-country skiing, and more.
